Objectives

  1. Improve workforce’s understanding of communication, behaviours, assumptions and biases to effectively and appropriately cater services to the needs of clients with disability, resulting in improved service quality and client satisfaction.
  2. Mitigate organisational risk in staff miscommunication, misbehaviour or adverse events in delivering services to people with disability.
  3. Improve marketing and communication efforts to better attract local clients with disability in taking up services, resulting in improved revenue and place-based market presence.
  4. Improved regulatory compliance with quality standards, insurance requirements and/or industrial regulations.
