Western Queensland PHN is one of seven Primary Health Networks (PHN) across Queensland, and 31 nationally funded by the Australian Government.

The Western Queensland PHN’s goal is to improve the integration of primary care services to create seamless health care in shared communities across almost one million square kilometres of Western Queensland.

The Western Queensland PHN area has a population of about 64,000. It covers Thallon to Kowanyama, and along the New South Wales, South Australia and Northern Territory borders.
