QMHW 2024 dates announced!

We are very excited to announce the dates for Queensland Mental Health Week (QMHW) 2024! The week will take place from Saturday 5 October to Sunday 13 October, inclusive of World Mental Health Day on Thursday 10 October. Read more in our dates announcement here.

CheckUP is committed to and involved with the establishment, implementation, and review of a customer-focused, and continually improving business environment.

We welcome feedback and shall accept feedback up to three months after the occurrence of the event. Feedback also includes compliments, complaints, and clinical incidents.

This External Feedback Form can be used to provide feedback about CheckUP.

Premises Agreement Checklist

CheckUP recommends that service providers engage in a Premises Agreement with the facility they are providing services from. To assist with this process CheckUP has developed a ‘checklist guide’ of categories service providers and facilities may consider discussing in the development of the documentation or during the facility orientation.
