Strengthening Staff Wellbeing in the health sector with Dr Liz Crowe

Facilitated by Dr Liz Crowe, the webinar will explore the topic of Strengthening Staff Wellbeing in the health sector.

Dr Liz will create insights into what fosters and what harms wellbeing. Exploring the theory and practicalities of individual and systemic issues of staff wellbeing in the context of health.

Providing a summary of the contemporary literature on burnout, moral distress, compassion fatigue, psychological distress, meaning making, joy, connection, belonging and contribution. The webinar will conclude with tangible suggestions on constructing a wellbeing plan as individuals, teams, and leaders.

Deeply embedded with contemporary research from an active clinician in health, the webinar is relevant to doctors, nurses, allied health, paramedics and administration staff at all stages of their career. Or anyone who has a primary responsibility to care for other humans as patients, colleagues or leaders. It is strongly recommended that people attend with their teams.
