CheckUP hopes that everyone who registers for the 2023 Outreach Forum and The 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner will be able to attend; however, we understand that extenuating circumstances can arise. Our Event Cancellation and Refund Policies are designed to address such situations:
The CheckUP Event Cancellation and Refund Policy applies consistently to both the 2023 Outreach Forum and The 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner.
- Registrations cancelled on or before August 24, 2023, are eligible for a refund, subject to EventBrite fees.
- Registrants cancelling on or after August 25, 2023, will not receive a refund. This refund and cancellation policy is not subject to waivers. However, registration fees can be transferred to another individual; the new registration invoice will be adjusted to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.
- In cases of extenuating circumstances, CheckUP reserves the right to consider refunds after August 24, 2023. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
