Workforce Planning Workshops

Optimising workforce in the healthcare and social assistance industries

Are you a small to medium business in the healthcare or social assistance industries? If you’re involved in or interested in workforce recruitment and management we encourage you to join us at one of our upcoming workshops.

May is Queensland Small Business Month, and as part of this initiative, the CheckUP Workforce team are facilitating three free interactive workforce planning workshops and networking sessions, exploring the topic Optimising workforce in the healthcare and social assistance industries.

Workshops will be held in Rockhampton, Townsville and the Sunshine Coast. Register for a workshop below.

Workshop content

An introduction and overview of strategic workforce planning, supporting healthcare and social assistance organisations to better proactively attract, recruit, manage and retain their workforce. Covering topics such as:

The importance and benefits of proactive planning to address challenges

Understanding the four phases of workforce planning

Sharing strategies to address common challenges

Learn about the resources available to support orgs with their workforce planning
